How should your travel manager reach you?

Same seat, same airline. A private price.

Airlines sell part of every Business Class cabin through licensed consolidators, at contract rates they never publish. You won’t find those fares on Google Flights or the airline’s website. You reach them through a person.

How it stays private. Airlines keep their public prices identical everywhere. Contract fares are quoted one traveler at a time, which is why we ask for your trip first and send the price by phone or email.

A person answers. The same one, every time.

When you call us, you talk to someone who books Business Class every day. We ask where you’d like to go, what matters to you on a long flight, and how you like to be reached. Then we go and find it. You keep the same travel manager until you’re home again, and if anything changes along the way, you call the person who already knows your trip.

Austin Anderson Founder, CEOFLIGHTS

Good questions, plain answers.

How can your fares be lower than the airline’s own price?

Airlines sell part of each Business Class cabin to licensed consolidators at private contract rates, on the condition that those prices are never published. CEOFLIGHTS.com holds those contracts. The seat, the airline and the ticket are exactly the same; only the price is different, typically 15% to 60% below the published fare.

Is it the same seat, lounge and service?

Yes. You receive a confirmed ticket issued by the airline, with the lie-flat seat, lounge access, priority check-in and boarding, and the baggage allowance that come with the cabin. You can add your frequent flyer number as usual.

Why do I ask for a quote instead of booking online?

Contract fares can’t be shown on public booking sites, so each price is checked by hand for your dates. Your travel manager compares all three airline alliances and sends you two or three options, usually within the hour, by phone or email, whichever you prefer.

What happens if my plans change?

You call the same travel manager who booked your trip. They handle changes and rebooking with the airline directly, and they watch for schedule changes so you don’t have to. What a change costs depends on the fare rules, which are explained before you book.

My home airport is small. Can you still help?

Yes, and that’s where we save travelers the most. Most of our Business Class trips start from regional airports and connect once on the way. We arrange connections that keep you in lie-flat seats on the long flight and give you sensible time between flights.

Is CEOFLIGHTS.com only for business executives?

No. CEOFLIGHTS.com is for anyone who wants to fly Business Class on their own trip: couples, families, friends traveling together and retirees. The name is about who is in charge. On your trip, you set the plan, the way a CEO would, and your travel manager makes it happen. That’s what we mean by “on board with your vision.”

Is CEOFLIGHTS.com accredited?

Yes. CEOFLIGHTS.com is an accredited member of ASTA, the American Society of Travel Advisors (#900292735), holds TRUE Accredited Code 99929340 and is a registered Florida Seller of Travel (#ST46311). Hundreds of travelers have reviewed us independently on Trustpilot and Google.

Why we’re called CEOFLIGHTS

On this trip, you’re the CEO.

The CEO in our name isn’t a job title. It’s you. You choose where you go, when, and how the journey should feel. Your travel manager does the work: the fare, the lie-flat seat, the connections and any changes along the way. You make the decisions. We make them happen.

That’s the idea behind our motto, on board with your vision.
